Unable to View Completed Background Check Report

If you have received an emailed copy of your background check from ProScreening you will be asked to provide two verifying items to confirm your identity before you are able to view the background check report.




If the identifying items being entered do not match what is on file with ProScreening you will not be able to access the report. If you experience this please call the ProScreening Customer Support Team at 888-350-7681 option "0" and we will assist you in viewing your completed background check report.
