-If you have been kicked out of our system and before you attempt the authorization again, you will need to close all Internet browser windows open on your phone, along with clearing any "cookies" and the Internet "cache". Then you can reopen the authorization process by clicking the link in the email again.
-The browser may prompt you with a username/password dialog if you have been timed out or logged out of the process for any reason. You do not have a sign-in for this screen. Please clear your browser "cache" and "cookies" and then go back to the original email you received and click the link to Begin.
-If you are using a cell phone, one of the most frequent problems you will experience in completing the steps is our system kicking you out of the web page in the middle of the process. This is most often due to trying to complete the authorization while using your cellular providers' internet connection via their smartphone.
An innate feature of your cell phone is that it is constantly changing the IP Address (Internet Protocol Address) it uses for internet stability. If that IP Address changes in the middle of the process, our system will kick you out of the program because it thinks that someone else is trying to access your information from a separate computer.
Please connect your device to a WiFi Internet signal. Free WiFi is available at local libraries, McDonalds, Starbucks, and many other establishments.
