Once you have completed the background authorization questionnaire, if you would like to check on the status of your background check, we are available by phone Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. You can also email us at support@proscreening.com with your name the file number you received in the confirmation email and we will let you know the status of your background check.
