How Do I Check the Status of My Background Check?

Once you have completed the background authorization questionnaire, if you would like to check on the status of your background check, we are available by phone Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM MST. You can also email us at [e-mail] with your name the file number you received in the confirmation email and we will let you know the status of your background check.
