You will not have a username and password for the electronic authorization process. If you are presented with a web page asking for a username and password, it is most likely because the system has timed out due to inactivity, or you may have pressed the back button in your browser, or you may have had multiple browser tabs open. We recommend clearing your browsing history and then going back to your email to click on the link and start again. Please ensure that you are working in just one browser tab.
