How To Re-Order A Motor Vehicle Report

To re-run a motor vehicle report, please send an email to [e-mail] so that we have your request in writing. With the request to re-run with following information:

• Applicant First and Last Name
• Order ID Number

If there is a discrepancy in the driver's license number please include the correct license number in your email. If possible you are welcome to include a copy of the driver's license for ProScreening to review.
