We strive to obtain and report the most accurate information available. If there is incorrect information or discrepancies on your candidate's report we can open a consumer dispute. Please have your candidate can call us at 888-350-7681 opt 1. We will gather further information from your candidate and reopen the report. We will then reach back out to our researchers for further information. You will receive the following email;
During our reinvestigation we recommend that no adverse action be taken. Once we have received a response in regards to the information reported we will update the report accordingly and close the consumer dispute. You will then receive the following email informing you that we are closing the report;
The updated report will now be viewable. There is now an additional section titled "Consumer Dispute". This section will have the events of the consumer dispute from opening to closing.
