When a background check order is placed, applicants are automatically sent a link to the Background Authorization Questionnaire. If this message is not received, sent to an incorrect email or needs to be resent for any order that has not expired, please call 888-350-7681 or email us at support@proscreening.com. Please include the name/file number of the applicant and their correct email. If that information needs to be updated you should also let us know that as well. We can fix virtually any misinformation for you.
