Applicant Declined to Authorize Electronically

If your applicant chooses to decline to authorize electronically whether it be by accident or intentional the Client Support team here at ProScreening will reach out to the applicant requesting a manual authorization

If the applicant declined by accident then they are instructed to contact you to place a new order for them to sign electronically. We will then cancel the order and you will not be charged once a new order is placed.

If the applicant declined intentionally they will be instructed to sign the manual authorization and return the document to ProScreening. 

 

Until this is returned, or a new order is placed we can not continue on a declined order. We can not alter an authorization in any way after it has been submitted.
