How to Add Products to Existing Reports

Note: If the original background check request was made more than 30 days ago, you will need to request a new background check report. Per FCRA requirements, ALL information in a consumer report or investigative consumer report must be current - 30 days.

To add a product to an existing report, simply click the ‘Add to Order’ button

Simply select the product(s) you wish to add to the order.

Click ‘Next’ to proceed with the order.

Click ‘Add to Order’ to add the additional product(s) to order.
