Status Explanations

Pending notes can be viewed through an ATS (Applicant Tracking System)

Scheduled - “Dispatched ePassport to applicant to take drug test via email and text message.” means the test was scheduled and the ePassport has been sent. If this is the only note listed under pending notes, this typically indicates the test has not been completed as of yet.

Sent to Lab - The applicant has taken the test and the specimen sent to the lab for testing. eScreen allows up to 5 business days for shipping.

Received at Lab - The specimen was received at lab. Testing typically takes up to 72 hours after arriving. However, if confirmation testing is needed we are not given an ETA and testing can take longer.

In Process with MRO - The MRO (Medical Review Office) will make 3 attempts, making 1 attempt per day to contact the donor. This process is to confirm possible prescriptions and/or explain a result to a donor before results are released.

Pending CCF - The lab is reaching out to the clinic to obtain a copy of the CCF for that donor/drug screening event.
