Please navigate through "Select an Order" to view all orders and ensure the order you are needing has expired here:

When you see the Current Status: "Expired" on an applicants background check, that indicates that a report has expired. This status is displayed when a background check order reaches the expiration date before the applicant has authorized their background check. The background check invitation is active for 1-14 days, depending on your settings, which were arranged at the time your account was set up with ProScreening.

The applicant will no longer have access to the background check invitation when the status is listed as expired. Additionally, once expired, the order is no longer accessible to our staff at ProScreening and we are unable to renew or resend the authorization once expired.

If a background check is still needed, you may order a new background check by repeating the ordering process. There are no charges for the expired background check order.
