How to View a Pending Background Check

After placing an order, and after your applicant has signed all of the appropriate disclosure and authorization forms, your order goes into the "Processing" status. This means that our team is working on every aspect of the report. We place notes into the searches to keep you as up to date as possible on when each part of the report is expected to be back. 

To view a pending report, click on the ‘View Report in Progress’ button.
