On occasion a drug screening can be reported to us as a missed test by mistake. This occurs when the ePassport is not scanned at the clinic and a paper Chain of Custody is used.
Please provide a copy of the Custody Control Form, CCF, that was given to the applicant upon completing their drug screening to support@proscreening.com. If you cannot provide a copy of this, please let us know. Please include the applicant's first and last name or report number in the body of your email as well as any additional information or requests.
Once a copy has been sent to us or we are notified you cannot provide a copy, we can reach out to the lab to locate the results.
