Random Results & Reporting

Important Notice for DOT Employers : We do not report any results to the Clearinghouse. We will notify your company’s representative for any and all results we receive via email and it is your company’s responsibility to report any results to the Clearinghouse.

 

As the C/TPA for your company, we will provide password-protected PDFs of each completed result for your review. We recommend carefully reviewing each document to ensure any necessary next steps can be promptly addressed. In cases where an employee’s results are non-negative, our team will notify your designated company contact that further review is required.

If additional testing or a retest is required following the results of the random test, a new order must be submitted through the ATS. Please note that retests are not part of the random testing program, and a reason for the test, such as Return to Duty, Follow-Up, etc., must be provided. Drug Testing Reasons

 

Incomplete Testing :

If a selected employee fails to complete their scheduled test before the ePassport expires, our team will contact you to verify the reason for the incomplete test. This information will be included in the report documenting the missed test. Please note that all missed tests are subject to a $5 missed test fee. If the employee was not properly notified, they may be eligible for rescheduling.

Once the employee is notified to report for testing and the test does not occur, the opportunity for the random testing is over. That employee cannot be given a second chance and an alternate will need to be selected. For DOT regulations that do not allow for alternates, an additional employee can be added to your next selection period.
