Random Program FAQs

What is the procedure for securely retrieving randoms documents to ensure protection of sensitive employee information?

Each company is assigned a permanent password to securely access all randoms documents, ensuring the protection of sensitive employee information. This password is provided only once at the start of the company’s participation in the program and will only be reissued upon request. To maintain security and ease of access, we recommend securely storing this password in a reliable location.

Why aren’t expiration dates included on ePassports for testing?

Expiration dates are not included on ePassports because employees are expected to proceed to the clinic for testing immediately upon notification of their selection. Including an expiration date could create the impression that testing can be delayed, which would conflict with the requirement for prompt action. While ePassports do expire after a pool’s predetermined duration, this detail is managed internally to ensure compliance with the testing process.

Can I relocate my employee to a different clinic?

A relocation can be arranged as long as the selected employees have NOT yet been notified of their selection. This can take up to 24 hours for non-urgent requests such as clinic closures, system outages, etc.

If a relocation is necessary due to a clinic issue, such as closure or system outages, please contact our team immediately. Employees are expected to make every effort to complete testing promptly upon notification. If testing cannot be completed due to the clinic issue and same-day relocation is not feasible, an alternate candidate will need to be selected. Once the employee is notified to report for testing and the test does not occur, the opportunity for the random testing is over.

Can I change my panel type?

Yes, panel changes can be made to stand-alone NON-DOT pools only. To request a change, please contact our team at randoms@proscreening.com. Please note that these changes will take effect starting with the next selection period and will not apply to the current selection period.
