Do I have to have an Account with ProScreening before I can Order a Background Check?

Yes. Each ProScreening customer must first complete an Agreement for Service in which the customer will certify a) their "permissible purpose" for requesting the background checks and b) that they will follow the proper FCRA procedures for consumer reports and/or investigative consumer reports.
